রোজভ্যালি বিনিয়োগকারীদের এতদ্বারা জানানো হচ্ছে যে ওয়েব পোর্টালের ভারী ট্রাফিক অ্যাক্সেসের কারণে, পোর্টালের প্রতিক্রিয়া ধীর হতে পারে। কমিটি (এডিসি) দ্রুত গতিতে প্রতিক্রিয়া বজায় রাখতে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে। সমস্ত বিনিয়োগকারীদের ধৈর্য সহকারে তাদের ফর্ম পূরণের কাজ চালিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে এবং কোনো ধীরগতির সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে কিছু সময় পরে চেষ্টা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। কমিটির (ADC) নীতি হল পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে আপনার বিনিয়োগকৃত অর্থ সঠিকভাবে ফেরত দেওয়া। এছাড়াও কমিটি (ADC) আপনাকে সমস্ত গুজব এড়াতে পরামর্শ দিচ্ছে কারণ আমরা আপনাকে হয়রানি বা বিভ্রান্ত করার চেষ্টা করিনি। रोज़वैली निवेशकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वेब पोर्टल पर भारी ट्रैफ़िक के कारण, पोर्टल की प्रतिक्रिया धीमी हो सकती है। समिति (एडीसी) त्वरित गति से प्रतिक्रिया बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठा रही है। सभी निवेशकों से अनुरोध है कि वे धैर्य के साथ अपना फॉर्म भरने की कार्रवाई जारी रखें और सलाह दी जाती है कि यदि कोई सुस्ती की समस्या आती है तो कुछ समय बाद प्रयास करें। समिति (एडीसी) का उद्देश्य आपके नि वेशित धन को पोर्टल के माध्यम से उचित तरीके से वापस करना है। साथ ही समिति (एडीसी) आपको सभी अफवाहों से बचने की सलाह दे रही है क्योंकि हमने कभी भी आपको परेशान करने या भ्रमित करने की कोशिश नहीं की है। Rosevalley Investors are hereby informed that due to heavy traffic access of the Web Portal, the Portal response may be slowed down. The Committee (ADC) is taking necessary steps to maintain the response at a faster rate. All Investors are requested to continue their form fill up action with patience and advised to try after some time in case any slowness issues faced. The motto of the Committee (ADC) is to refund your invested money in proper way vide the Portal. Also committee (ADC) advising you to avoid all rumors as we never tried to harass or confuse you.

Overview

The Rose Valley Assets Disposal Committee has been constituted by an order dated 15th May, 2015, passed by the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta in WPO No.275 of 2015 for the purpose of refund of to the investors of the companies of ROSE VALLEY GROUP,

Who have not been refunded their investment by inviting claim from investors. Subsequently another writ petition being WPA no.27005 of 2016, was filed and the WPO no.275 of 2015 is now being heard analogously along with WPA No.25845 of 2016 before the Hon’ble Division Bench Constituted to hear Ponzi Scheme matters.

The Assets Disposal Committee so appointed on 15th May, 2015 now consists of the Hon’ble Justice D.K. Seth (Retired Judge of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta), a nominated Member of Enforcement Directorate and a nominated Member of the State of West Bengal.

How to submit my Application in the Hon'ble Committee Website?

Open the Hon'ble Committee Website. Go to Upload Certificate link from Top Left. Fill-up the form as per the defined format and Submit it for verification. Please verify twice before submit the required information to the Hon'ble Committee, specially Certificate details, Personal details and Bank details.

What should I do after submission of my Application Online?

After submission of the Application online through Hon'ble Committee Website, you will receive an Acknowledgement Number for your future Reference purposes. You can print or download the Acknowledgement copy as well.

How to know the status of my Submitted Application?

After submission of the Application online through Hon'ble Committee Website, you will receive an Acknowledgement Number for your future Reference purposes. Now if you want to view the present status of your submitted Application then go to Investor link from Top Left. Provide your Acknowledgement Number or Certificate Number and Click on Submit button. Required details will appear on your screen.

Is there any way-out for Correction of my submitted Application?

No, there is no way to correct of your submitted Application. In such scenario you need to wait for further Intimation from the Hon'ble Committee. During verification you will receive an alert message for such wrong submission and you will get a chance to re-submit your application again.

May I submit my Feedback or Complaint on the Hon'ble Committee Website?

You can write email to the Hon'ble Committee for your valuable Feedback/Suggestion along with Complaint (if any). The Email ID is mentioned at the Portal, you are requested to view the Top section of the Hon'ble Committee website again.

What to do if my Application Rejected due to some reason specified by Hon'ble Committee?

If your Application Rejected due to some Reason, then you will receive an intimation in text message in your registered Mobile Number. Hon'ble Committee will mention the reason of rejection as well to you. Just follow the remarks and re-submit your application again for verification.
